What FoundOne does, in three verbs: find, add, move.
FoundOne is recruitment software for agencies and executive search firms. It takes care of the work around the work, so your time goes to people, not admin.
Three things it does
- Find. Describe who you need in plain English and see who in your database fits.
- Add. Import someone from LinkedIn in one click, or add them by hand.
- Move. Take each candidate from longlist to offer. Everyone sees where the search stands.
What it doesn't ask of you
No six-week onboarding. No fields to fill in for the sake of the software. If FoundOne ever asks you to type something twice, tell us.
