How the client portal works

When a shortlist is ready, you share it from the project. Your client opens a portal with your name and colours, sees the people you picked and answers each one: interview or pass.

Share a project

1. Open the project and click Share with the client. You see exactly what your client will see.
2. Choose who at the client gets access.
3. Click Share to portal and send them the link.

Nobody to give access to yet? Open the client and invite them under Portal guests.

What happens next

• Your client reviews one person at a time and requests an interview or passes, with a reason.
• Notes they share with you land on the candidate.
• Their answers show up on your dashboard and in the project's activity.

Your client doesn't need a password. The link signs them in, and they only see what you shared with them.
