Get better matches

FoundOne reads your search the way a colleague would. The clearer the brief, the better the list.

Five habits

1. Say what they did, not only their title. "Built a finance team" beats "Head of Finance".
2. Add one must-have. A language, a sector or a location.
3. Name someone as a reference. "Someone like Hannah Clarke" uses her profile as the starting point.
4. Skip the filler. Words like "great" or "motivated" don't help the search.
5. Refine instead of starting over. Add a word to the search you already have.

When a result surprises you, open it and read why it matched. It often shows you a better way to ask.
