Bring your existing candidates
Move the people you already know into FoundOne, from CVs, spreadsheets or your old ATS.
Your next placement is often someone you already know. The first job is getting those people into one place.
Three ways in
- A folder of CVs. Drag the files into FoundOne. Each CV becomes a candidate card.
- A spreadsheet. Upload it and match your columns to FoundOne's fields once.
- Your old ATS. Export to a spreadsheet or CV files, then use one of the two ways above.
Duplicates
When the same person shows up twice, FoundOne flags it and lets you merge the two cards. Nothing is merged without you.
Don't clean the data first. Bring it in as it is and fix what matters later.
