Your first 20 minutes

The quickest way to learn FoundOne is to use it on a role you're working on right now. Keep one open role in mind and follow these steps.

1. Bring candidates in. Upload a batch of CVs or import your existing list. See Bring your existing candidates.
2. Search. Type who you need the way you'd say it to a colleague.
3. Shortlist. Keep the people worth a call and drop the rest.
4. Share. Send the shortlist to your client and let them answer in the same place.

What good looks like

After twenty minutes you have one search, a shortlist of a handful of names and a link your client can open.

Pick a role where you already know two or three good candidates. If FoundOne finds them too, you'll trust the rest of the list faster.
