Rename and reorder your stages

FoundOne starts with Longlist, Shortlist, Interview and Offer. Change them to whatever your firm actually calls them.

1. Open a search and go to the board.
2. Click a stage name and type the new one.
3. Drag a stage to change the order.

New stage names apply to new searches. Searches already running keep their stages until you change them.

Keep stage names short. They show up on cards, in filters and in what your client sees.
